The hotel is near Albert Dock. It's a short walk. I found shops across the road. The multi-story car park is next door. The hotel offered a discount for parking. The room on the 8th floor gave views of the river and wheel.
Tables in the bar needed cleaning. I noticed issues with dinner service. The restaurant did not appear busy at that time.

The breakfast offered a wide selection of dishes. A supervisor managed the seating arrangements. I liked that staff was present to assist and oversee the dining.

the room offered both city and river views from its dual aspect windows. i found the room spacious with a modern bathroom. the bed was very comfortable. breakfast included proper coffee and appealing fresh food.
the handwash and shower gel bottles were empty.

the hotel is near the docks. i found convenient parking next door at a discounted rate. checking in went smooth and the staff were helpful. our room located on an upper floor offered a nice outlook.
the minibar options seemed limited.
