really good stay, flawless experience
friendly staff convenient location modern decor complimentary refreshment
i found the staff friendly and helpful. the location proved very convenient, near the docks and city center. i especially enjoyed the modern decor and cleanliness throughout the hotel. the complimentary tea, coffee, and bottled water in the room added a nice touch.
i noticed only a slight delay when waiting for the elevator during peak hours.

Excellent stay near Albert Dock

The hotel is near Albert Dock. It's a short walk. I found shops across the road. The multi-story car park is next door. The hotel offered a discount for parking. The room on the 8th floor gave views of the river and wheel.
Tables in the bar needed cleaning. I noticed issues with dinner service. The restaurant did not appear busy at that time.

The breakfast offered a wide selection of dishes. A supervisor managed the seating arrangements. I liked that staff was present to assist and oversee the dining.

city view river view modern bathroom fresh food
the room offered both city and river views from its dual aspect windows. i found the room spacious with a modern bathroom. the bed was very comfortable. breakfast included proper coffee and appealing fresh food.
the handwash and shower gel bottles were empty.
